This Privacy Policy describes how Wai Shing LAI ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information through the Pinhole Exposure Meter mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a transparent user experience.

1. Camera Access and Usage

The App requires access to your device's camera to function as a light meter.

• Purpose: Camera access is used solely for real-time light intensity calculation to provide accurate exposure settings (ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed).
• Zero Storage Policy: The App does not capture, save, record, or transmit any photos, videos, or visual data. Image data is processed instantly in the device's volatile memory (RAM) and is immediately discarded. No visual data ever leaves your device or is stored on any server.

2. Third-party Services (AdMob)

To keep this App free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. The Google AdMob SDK may collect certain information, such as:

• Advertising IDs (e.g., IDFA, GAID)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Approximate location data (for relevant ad delivery)

3. Data Collection and Storage

Personal Information: We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, or phone number. No account registration is required.

Local Features: Features such as the countdown timer operate entirely on your local device. No data is uploaded to external servers.

4. Data Security

Because the App does not collect or store personal data on any server, there is no risk of personal information being leaked from our backend. We prioritize privacy by minimizing data processing to the absolute technical necessity.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
